白木で簡素な造りで、車輪は小径車輪であるが、少し大きめにして、さらに七つ割にして軽量化を図っている。前庇は片流れ、宝袋、宝鍵、打ち出の小槌を置く。
一階擬宝珠は直立丸柱、二階擬宝珠は海老曲り角柱。
見送りは三段松（生松）である。

Craftsman: Kobayashi Kinjiro

This is a niwaka-yatai (a simplified festival float). It features a modest structure made of unpainted wood. The wheels are relatively small in diameter, but are slightly enlarged and divided into seven sections to achieve a lighter overall weight.

The front canopy has a single-sloped roof, and is adorned with symbolic ornaments such as a treasure bag, a sacred key, and a mallet of fortune.

On the first level, the decorative finials (giboshi) are supported by straight round pillars, while on the second level, they are supported by curved corner pillars with a distinctive shrimp-like shape.

The rear display (miokuri) features a three-tiered arrangement of live pine branches.

「二宮金次郎像」
名は尊徳（たかのり）、通称金次郎、出身は相模国、江戸時代の農政家として有名、苦学して没落した自家を再興する。また、日光領89村を復興、自ら陰徳、積善、節倹を励行した。

Statue of Ninomiya Kinjiro

His real name was Ninomiya Sontoku (also read as Takanori), commonly known as Kinjiro. He was born in Sagami Province and became a prominent agricultural reformer during the Edo period. Through diligent study and hard work, he rebuilt his family after its decline. He is also known for revitalizing 89 villages in the Nikko domain, while practicing virtues such as humility, good deeds, and frugality.

He is widely regarded as a symbol of diligence and learning.

大紋は「立正」の字で、日蓮宗の立正安国に由来する。以前は丸に立正であったが、角に立正の大紋に改めて現在に至る。裾柄は鉤を交差させた図柄となっている。

The main crest features the character “Risshō” (立正), derived from the Nichiren Buddhist principle of Risshō Ankoku (establishing righteousness to bring peace to the nation).

In the past, the crest was designed as “Risshō” enclosed within a circle, but it was later changed to the current square-framed design, which remains in use today.

The hem pattern consists of a design featuring crossed hook-like motifs.
