にわか屋台である。白木で簡素な造りで、車輪は輪締車。
現在の屋台は二代目で、先代の屋台は大正11（1922）年。
前庇は片流れ、「竹に笹」の彫り物を置く。
一階擬宝珠は直立角柱、二階擬宝珠は海老曲り角柱。
見送りは松（生松）である。

This is a niwaka-yatai (a simplified festival float). It features a modest structure made of unpainted wood, and the wheels are of the traditional washime-guruma (ring-reinforced type).

The current float is the second generation; the previous one was built in 1922 (Taisho 11).

The front canopy has a single-sloped roof and is adorned with carvings of bamboo and sasa leaves.

On the first level, the decorative finials (giboshi) are supported by straight square pillars, while on the second level they are supported by curved corner pillars with a distinctive shrimp-like shape.

The rear display (miokuri) features pine branches (fresh pine).

「舌切り雀の翁像」
善良な老爺の飼っていた雀が糊をなめたので腹を立てた老婆が追い出す。老爺はその行方を求め、土産に宝の入ったつづらをもらって帰る。老婆はそれを真似し、蛇や毒虫の入ったつづらをもらうおとぎ話の登場人物。

Statue of the Old Man from “The Tongue-Cut Sparrow”

This statue represents the kind old man from the traditional Japanese folktale The Tongue-Cut Sparrow.

In the story, a sparrow kept by a kind old man eats some starch paste, which angers his wife, who drives the bird away. The old man sets out to find the sparrow and, as a gift, receives a chest filled with treasure.

His greedy wife later imitates him, but instead receives a chest filled with snakes and poisonous creatures.

The tale is well known as a story that teaches the values of kindness and humility.

大紋は「か」の字で、町名に由来する。当地区は最も北側に位置することから地模様は縦縞に「北」の文字を配し、袖繋ぎに日本線を入れる。裾柄は輪繋ぎで、衿字に「輪繋組」と入れた法被が多い。

The main crest features the character “Ka” (か), derived from the name of the district.

As this area is located at the northernmost part of the town, the base pattern incorporates vertical stripes with the character “Kita” (north) arranged within the design. The sleeves are connected with a traditional Japanese-style line motif.

The hem pattern consists of an interlocking ring design, and many happi coats bear the inscription “Watsunagi-gumi” on the collar.
